“ Ive had lobster rolls at a few different places here in San Diego. Petes was hands down the BEST Ive ever had. Juicy, big chunks of lobster inside bread that melts in your mouth. Absolutely awesome! Their pastrami sandwich is huge and as well amazing and flavors. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ”
“ Casual local spot with food that punches way above its weight! The lobster roll is ridiculous. Amazing quality lobster. We also got the fried clams with onion rings and ate every last bite. Cannot recommend Petes enough if you want some Boston seafood flavor in a no frills, locals favorite spot. ”
“ Nothing to complain about. Excellent food and service. We ordered the lobster and crab rolls along with onion rings and coleslaw enough for two. The rolls are pricey but worth it since they give you a lot of seafood. Highly recommend the lobster roll, it was to die for! Will visit again to try out some Italian subs. ”
“ My husband had the lobster roll that he said was worth the pain of trying to find street parking, lol. My daughter had the spicy chicken sandwich that had 4 patties and definitely could only eat 1. The calamari had a nice fluffy batter, and the fish and shrimp plater were cooked perfectly. We had so many leftovers to save for later. ”
